Refund policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our fulfillment model — items are shipped directly from our international supplier partners — we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery at contact@themaisonmodeste.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will review each case individually and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion once the issue is verified.
Non-Delivery: If tracking shows your order as delivered but you did not receive it, or if your order does not arrive within a reasonable window past the estimated delivery date, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Order Cancellations: Because orders are routed to our fulfillment partner shortly after purchase, we can only cancel or modify an order if you contact us within 2 hours of placing it, before it enters processing. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
